John Galt displayed promise in maiden/novice events and is worth considering now switched to handicaps.

The son of Arizona bounced back on his first start after a wind operation when beating a couple of subsequent winners over C&D and Ivan Furtado's charge looks worth sticking with now raised only 2lb. Antiquity arrives in fine fettle and remains of interest off his current mark.

POETIC FORCE looks one to keep on the right side of in his current frame of mind. The veteran won over C&D prior to finishing runner-up over 7f at Lingfield and Olivia Tubb's 5lb allowance further helps his cause. Fire Eyes won three times on turf last term, but has also gone close on the Tapeta before. She looks on a fair mark and is preferred to stablemate Coloane and Ernie's Valentine of the rest.

Advancing won nicely at Kempton and cannot be ruled out in this higher grade. He makes more appeal than City Of Poets and Dosman, who are closely matched on collateral form.

The five-year-old makes plenty of appeal racing off an unchanged mark and he should take all the beating if coping with a quick turnaround.
