NEPTUNE LEGEND is competitively weighted for his second spell with Tony Carroll and, as a previous course winner, he looks worth chancing on these terms. Darkened Edge also has winning form here and must be taken seriously, while the selection's stable companion, Wedgewood, has been in good form on the all-weather and can also have a say if she handles reverting to turf. Up The Anti completes a strong hand for the same yard.
Prediction : 1st Neptune Legend 2nd Darkened Edge 3rd Wedgewood

El Lambo and Martha Brown were well held in their previous starts and the newcomers hold more intrigue. Time Saxon Warrior represents a yard that have already struck with a juvenile this season and is high on the shortlist. Preference, however, is for TRIBAL APPEARANCE, who is bred to be speedy and this could be a good starting point. Romeo Guest ticks the right boxes on paper and support in the betting would be persuasive.
Prediction : 1st Tribal Appearance 2nd Time Saxon Warrior 3rd Romeo Guest

DARZAH, who cost 375,000gns as a yearling, made a promising debut when fifth behind a potentially useful filly at Newmarket last month. The daughter of Dubawi can be expected to be wiser and gets the vote based on potential. The progressive Vitality rates a serious danger on the back of a good second at Epsom, while the four-year-old Mobberley Rose commands respect after her belated winning debut at Wolverhampton.
Prediction : 1st Darzah 2nd Vitality 3rd Mobberley Rose

QUILT was comfortably held in her three qualifying runs but it could be a different story now sent handicapping. The daughter of Ardad might do better over further in time but she will at the very least appreciate a switch to turf, and an opening mark of 68 looks fair. Fizzy Bear is another that could improve for the switch to handicaps, whilst Just A Gambler might find some progress in first-time blinkers.
Prediction : 1st Quilt 2nd Fizzy Bear 3rd Just A Gambler

Virtual Hug picked up well to score over C&D recently and is respected under his 4lb penalty, but it is difficult to look past MOON OVER THE SEA. Tony Carroll's charge defeated the reopposing Endofastorm (second) over track and trip before following up at Windsor. He gets on well with Myla Coppins, and the 4lb penalty is unlikely to prevent another serious challenge.
Prediction : 1st Moon Over The Sea 2nd Virtual Hug 3rd Endofastorm

KAKIRRA made a mockery of his opening mark at Wolverhampton last week and is fancied to go in again under a 6lb penalty. The son of Australia should have no issues with a switch to turf and can prove too strong for Atalanta Mist, who shaped as if ready for a step up in trip when third over a mile here a fortnight ago. Lucky Sevens is most appealing of the remainder.
Prediction : 1st Kakirra 2nd Atalanta Mist 3rd Lucky Sevens

Man Is King made most of the running to score over a mile here last time and is likely to remain competitive under a 4lb penalty, but BAYNOONA gets the nod. Sue Gardner's charge was no match for an in-form rival here a fortnight ago but returning to further should be of benefit, and compensation could await her from an unchanged mark. Galactic Glow should be happier back on the grass and cannot be underestimated.
Prediction : 1st Baynoona 2nd Man Is King 3rd Galactic Glow
