TIP 1: Miss U Gino - 0.5pt EW

Best odds of 50/1 at bet365 while publishing.

MISS U GINO (best priced at 50/1) ran a race full of promise on her debut at Newmarket and she can be excused her run last time at Nottingham last time following a tardy start. The Philip McBride trained filly was professional and showed lots of early pace over this 6f trip on her debut 5 th beaten 7 ½ lengths by Jolivette who ran well to finish 9 th in the Albany Stakes at Royal Ascot.

I can understand why connections of Miss U Gino dropped her to 5f last time but her jockey lost her irons leaving the stalls and she faded into last of 10 behind a smart filly in Senorita Bonita who finished 2 nd in the Queen Mary Stakes at Royal Ascot. This race represents a drop in class and an easier task at a track where her trainer has a good record in his career showing a level stakes profit of +136.08!

TIP 2: Dereham - 1pt

Best odds of 4/1 at William Hill while publishing/

This 2 mile contest has been re-arranged from the Newmarket card yesterday and DEREHAM (best priced at 7/2) should hold strong claims of winning the race named after him. The John Berry trained ten-year-old won this race in 2022 off a mark of 58, in 2023 off a mark of 57 and last year by 6 ½ lengths off a mark of 52.

Dereham has had his prep run at Yarmouth just like last season where he was only beaten 5 ½ lengths at the finish and he should put in a bold bid for a fourth win in this race
