Unless there is a talented debutant, this looks to be between Absolute Diamond and CAPTAINCY (best priced at 7/10) with preference going to the latter who came from a strong Leicester contest. The Clive Cox trained colt finished 3rd behind Albany Stakes winner Libertango on his debut with the runner-up and fourth both going on to run at Royal Ascot in the Norfolk Stakes and Windsor Castle Stakes respectively.
Clive Cox has started the season well with his juveniles with them 6-25 (24% strike rate) and Captaincy should be able to get off the mark at the second attempt.

Regal Envoy 4/1 (1pt)
The William Knight trained REGAL ENVOY (best priced at 4/1) is a three-time winner at Windsor in his career and although he needs to prove he is as effective over 6f here, he has also won four times over this distance. The seven-year-old finished runner-up here in May off a mark of 88 before winning under Oisin Murphy by 1 ½ lengths off the same mark earlier this month.
The handicapper has raised Regal Envoy 6lbs for that success but he can hopefully continue his good form with Oisin Murphy on board once again.
