GLAMORIZE was no match for one that went on to finish sixth in the Queen Mary on her debut at Lingfield and George Scott's filly was far from disgraced in the Albany next time herself. The daughter of Starman should take all the beating in these calmer waters, but Cosmic Mystery could be the fly in the ointment because she ran with credit in the Hillary Needler and couldn't show her true ability at Redcar, having unseated at the start. Lion Of Persia can take third.
Prediction : 1st Glamorize 2nd Cosmic Mystery 3rd Lion Of Persia

Soft ground might have counted against TIDE RUNNER at Ayr having displayed real promise in a seller at Beverley on his debut, so back on a sounder surface he might be able to repay those that keep the faith. Newcomer Green Champion is related a host of useful types and it would be no great surprise were he to have say, whilst others to note include Courageous Sioux and Court Alert.
Prediction : 1st Tide Runner 2nd Green Champion 3rd Courageous Sioux

Beyond Borders bumped into an in-form rival at Ripon last time and is respected off only 1lb higher, but ACCLAIMED FREEDOM posted his best handicap effort to date when beaten a neck at Windsor and is likely to progress further. George Scott's colt has made only the five racecourse appearances, but similar applies to Duskaura, who might do better at 6f, having kept on into fourth over the minimum trip at Goodwood.
Prediction : 1st Acclaimed Freedom 2nd Beyond Borders 3rd Duskaura

It's difficult to look past JACK LANGLEY, who readily justified short odds over 1m5f at Lingfield last week. This extra furlong will unlikely pose any problems and, although a 6lb rise will obviously make life tougher, he ought to win this with some ease. Saratoga Gold is much better than showing at Kempton and can hopefully return to form, while Regally Blonde won this race last year off a 1lb higher mark.
Prediction : 1st Jack Langley 2nd Saratoga Gold 3rd Regally Blonde

PHAEDRA appeared to benefit from a first-time tongue-tie (worn again tonight) when chasing home the well-handicapped Rizal at Doncaster and a repeat performance could suffice. Celestias Comet continues to creep down the ratings and ought to figure prominently in a race of this nature, while Dinah Myte runs from 1lb out of the handicap but warrants respect having won at Newcastle two starts ago.
Prediction : 1st Phaedra 2nd Celestias Comet 3rd Dinah Myte

It took REGULUS BLACK a few starts for the penny to drop but he's progressive now and switching to handicaps seems to have been the making of him. An improved Beverley third was followed by a breakthrough success at Chepstow and a solid Hamilton effort in defeat, and the drop back to 1m2f looks ideal. He gets a confident vote ahead of Baldosa and Palace Artois.
Prediction : 1st Regulus Black 2nd Baldosa 3rd Palace Artois

Danehill Star doesn't know how to run badly and can be expected to run his usual honest race in this grade. Time Turner should also be thereabouts, but a chance is taken on HOLLY MIST, who gets first-time blinkers and has performed well in defeat the last twice at Pontefract and Doncaster. She didn't seem to quite get home over 1m4f last time and is worth another chance back at 1m2f.
Prediction : 1st Holly Mist 2nd Danehill Star 3rd Time Turner
