The four-year-old was only beaten 2 ¼ lengths on his latest start at Lingfield off a mark of 69 and is now fitted with a first-time tongue tie.
The handicapper has dropped Portman Blue down to a career low mark of 67 following his most recent run and he can win this following a short 66-day break.

This looks a competitive 0-95 handicap but it is surprising to see CLOUD KING (best priced at 28/1) as the current outsider of the field. The Robert Cowell trained five-year-old finished 2 nd beaten less than a length over the winter at Southwell and Chelmsford off marks of 79 before finishing last of 6 when running from 5lbs out of the handicap at Wolverhampton in December in a Class 2 0-105 handicap.
Cloud King now drops in grade to this Class 3 0-95 handicap and he should run well with the talented Jack Callan on board claiming a handy 3lbs from his current rating of 80.
