Riding arrangements suggest that Snowing is preferred of Aidan O'Brien's three runners, although she was no match for Concorde Landed at Naas last month.

The maiden won by Shi Yang over C&D last month looks a key piece of form with ADMIRED BEAUTY making a promising debut in second. The Jim Bolger-trained filly had the now-absent Alpine Wedding just over a length behind in third, with Ibelieveicanfly racing keenly close up in fourth and Speckles catching the eye finishing well into sixth. Ryan Moore maintains the partnership with Ibelieveicanfly, but stablemate Exceptionally can't be discounted on her third at Leopardstown last month. Suomenlinna, Miss Hong Kong and Chattering Classes are newcomers to note in the market.

SHAKESPEARE has been placed on both outings and gets the vote to score at the third attempt. The Dubawi colt made a promising debut behind two better fancied stablemates over C&D before failing to land the odds when stepped up to a mile at Leopardstown last month. Anchor Road had Fort Dearborn behind when third to Porto Vecchio over C&D last month and looks an obvious threat. The market should provide some vital clues as to the merit of a number of well-bred newcomers, including Loughrea N Roll, Lake Lugano, Raging Bull and Selosse.

Five of these were separated by two lengths in a premier handicap over this trip at Cork, and that is clearly the main formline to use in working out this puzzle. A Listed winner over C&D winner as a juvenile, IPANEMA QUEEN gained her first win of the campaign when just holding Erosandpsyche by a short-head. JAMES'S DELIGHT won the Group 2 Greenlands Stakes over C&D last year and was third to July Cup winner Comanche Brave in this year's renewal in May. The selection was just behind Big Gossey on that occasion, but is preferred on overall form to the popular veteran. Big Mojo escapes a penalty for last year's Group 1 triumph at Haydock, but he hasn't been at the top of his game this term.

SUN GODDESS can give Aidan O'Brien an unprecedented 18th success in this illustrious contest. The Sioux Nation filly was second in the Albany at Royal Ascot and went one better in a Group 2 over C&D on Derby weekend. She seems a a very professional juvenile and is well suited by fast ground. Celeron left behind a disappointing run in the Windsor Castle, where he finished well behind King Of Cloughan, when proving three lengths too good for Tribeca in the Railway here last month. King Of Cloughan has since finished second of three in the Prix Morny and may be better suited to this trip than Tyros runner-up Folsom Blues.

Dropping to 6f should suit CAISLEAN NI CUAN, who has been performing creditably in maidens. The daughter of Mehmas is inclined to be keen and didn't see out 7f up the hill at Galway last time, but her opening mark of 66 looks fair and a strongly-run sprint may bring out the best in her. Go Athletico has been running well and went up 4lb for finishing second to a stablemate in a Galway handicap over 7f. Hugo's Girl is a maiden after 18 starts, but has been consistent this summer and has Oisin Murphy's assistance.

SUMMER ISLAND is a progressive handicapper and is reunited with Oisin Murphy after gaining a second course win over seven furlongs last month. The Caravaggio gelding won over a mile on the all-weather in the spring and looks capable of defying a 5lb rise for his latest victory. Booyea has gone up 5lb for finishing second over course and distance last month, when he was fitted with blinkers for the first time. The horse that beat him ran well in two premier handicaps at Galway. Marmeladova drops back in trip after a snug success at Leopardstown and travels well enough through her races to suggest she'll cope with this sharper test.
