FORLIO finished tailed off in a Kilbeggan maiden hurdle and fared little better at the Galway Festival on his latest Flat outing. However, he drops to a more realistic level and can capitalise. He stayed on well to be an emphatic winner over 1m4f at Tramore last month, but has notably struck over this distance too. She's Ideal picked up where she left off for Paul Flynn when making a successful start to her career with Ado McGuinness at Gowran and is a big threat. Kashel Spring spearheads a three-pronged Denis Hogan challenge and will surely find her form before too long.
Prediction : 1st Forlio 2nd Shes Ideal 3rd Kashel Spring

CASHEL QUEEN built on her Leopardstown debut third when going one better at Bellewstown and then posted a respectable fourth at Down Royal. On a line through the Down Royal runner-up, she should have the measure of Someday Somewhere, although Stephen Thorne's youngster showed improvement at Galway so has to be feared. Pints Of Glory, Eighteenth Smiles, Nando Royale and Luca Brillante are all of interest, but 500,000gns-purchase Captain James Cook has been bitterly disappointing so far.
Prediction : 1st Cashel Queen 2nd Someday Somewhere 3rd Pints Of Glory

GREEN DREAMER readily claimed the scalp of an expensive Ballydoyle recruit, who has won subsequently, at Leopardstown. That was a marked step forward from his introduction at Killarney and this appears well within range for the son of Churchill. His stable companion Seven Nation Army was a facile winner of a Galway Festival nursery last time out and he helps Joseph O'Brien to play a very strong hand. Oristown Boy, Lars Soldier and Noble Agenda are other progressive options to keep an eye on.
Prediction : 1st Green Dreamer 2nd Seven Nation Army 3rd Oristown Boy

STOOKED was well found in the betting when she filled the runner-up berth on her two previous starts. Those displays were encouraging enough to suggest the daughter of Pinatubo can make it third-time lucky now she is gaining in experience. Almeiyda is another to seriously consider, although this trip is probably a bare minimum for Dermot Weld's filly. Strong support for the well-bred 200,000-euro newcomer Brise Fraiche could prove to be significant.
Prediction : 1st Stooked 2nd Almeiyda 3rd Brise Fraiche

TOKYO TREASURE showed the benefit of his seasonal debut at Limerick when he was a close-up second at Gowran Park 11 days ago. That was a highly encouraging handicap bow and it is no surprise to see the son of Profitable turned out quickly. A 3lb rise looks manageable and the slightly longer trip can play to his strengths. The consistent Earls, Cool Azul and Contrary To Law are others with solid chances, while Dolly Hello is a handicap debutant to keep an eye on.
Prediction : 1st Tokyo Treasure 2nd Earls 3rd Cool Azul

Despite showing plenty of greenness, Magnum Cor still shaped with bundles of promise when fourth over 1m1f at Leopardstown earlier this month, and the son of Sea The Stars will relish this step up in trip. He has to be taken seriously, but ALMAZANN possesses stronger form in the book. Dermot Weld's inmate was only beaten a head behind subsequent Gordon Stakes winner Enceladus at Cork in April and was far from disgraced in second behind Cannes at Leopardstown. If building on those displays, he will prove a tough nut to crack. Any market confidence behind newcomer Purple Bandit would be interesting.
Prediction : 1st Almazann 2nd Magnum Cor 3rd Purple Bandit

Catherine Magennis has shown ability in her three starts in maiden company and has Seamie Heffernan booked for her handicap debut. It would be interesting if the market speaks in her favour, but the one who appeals most is LADY PLIMSOLL. The daughter of Le Brivido was well beaten into third over 1m6f at Galway last month, but that was her first start back from a break and this drop back in trip could work the oracle. Previous C&D winner Coulstys Way completes the shortlist.
Prediction : 1st Lady Plimsoll 2nd Catherine Magennis 3rd Coulstys Way
