Mia Fantasia 7/2 (1pt)
The Hugo Palmer trained MIA FANTASIA (best priced at 7/2) was an eyecatching 6th at Glorious Goodwood last time and he looks the one to beat off the same mark. The Make Believe colt was an impressive 2 ½ length winner at Carlisle on his debut before finishing 3rd behind subsequent Vintage Stakes winner Dr Rascal (form was boosted by the runner-up Haffner yesterday winning the Acomb Stakes) at Ascot under a penalty.
Mia Fantasia was sent off a well backed 2/1 chance for the Nursery at Goodwood but didn’t get a clear run and he looks the one to beat off the same mark.

Niffler 7/4 (1pt)
NIFFLER (best priced at 7/4) looks a stereotypical Sir Mark Prescott improver now switched to handicaps. The three-year-old has finished well beaten on his first three career starts in April but those have come over trips of 7f and a mile when sent off 25/1, 300/1 and 125/1.
Niffler now steps up in trip on his handicap debut to 1m4½f off a lowly opening mark of 47 as well as having a 115-day break since his three quick qualifying runs. He looks the one to beat against exposed older rivals.
