This Juddmonte-owned Kingman filly holds a Fillies' Mile entry, indicating the regard in which she is held. The softer surface is an unknown but, with Colin Keane booked, she can go one better than her debut. Snowing has had three starts and was heavily backed last time out. She finished a fading sixth, but a return to a fillies-only maiden and her big-race entries mean the Ballydoyle contender cannot be discounted. Mala finished fourth in a conditions race at Deauville on debut, showing good early pace, and may have each-way claims. Expensive newcomer Atlantic Rose is another worth monitoring, particularly if the market speaks in her favour.

DRUMBEAT was purchased for 200,000 pounds as a foal and, although he was green on debut, the son of Wootton Bassett stepped forward on his second start and can make it third-time lucky. Aidan O'Brien's charge would seem to be a stayer in the making and is probably the pace angle here under Wayne Lordan. The Captains Day cost 90,000 euros from the breeze-ups and finished fourth on debut at the Curragh. The Acclamation colt is noted along with newcomers Invincible Mind and Dawnmore.

STARBORN LEGEND came within a whisker of making it second-time lucky at the Curragh, after which he was sent off joint-favourite for a race at the Galway Festival. He had to settle for fourth after meeting trouble, but that was a good maiden and he was just behind a subsequent winner. He is preferred to Tourin, who showed she handles soft ground when making a debut full of promise in third at Limerick. Hasita is exposed now but is certainly capable of picking up more minor money, as is Holy Lettuce. Marked By Thunder is a newcomer to keep a close eye on.

Solana Beach made a bright start to her handicap career when third over C&D and the assessor may have been a little hasty in dropping her 1lb. MOTTA ALTA also has just the three previous runs under her belt, but she has tasted success before and after that Limerick breakthrough, she ran a cracker on her debut for Jessica Harrington when third at the Galway Festival. She should have a lot more to offer. Lohoobb showed his appreciation for the return to 7f when striking here, while returning pair Friendly Invoice and Snow Light are worth a market watch.

A three-time winner in this grade, MINAUN VIEW can register a fourth career success. Far from disgraced when reverting to handicap company at Navan last week, the Ado McGuinness-trained filly should appreciate this easier test. Already proven over C&D, the four-year-old should be difficult to beat under regular rider Patrick McGettigan. Having belatedly opened her account at this track in a similar grade last month, Profit Surge has to be a serious contender. Making all the running on that occasion, the daughter of Profitable is well drawn to adopt similar tactics. Quinta Girl has to be considered too.

Runner-up at this track last time, the Denis Hogan-trained MEDIEVAL NIGHT can go one better. Unlucky to bump into an exceptionally well-handicapped filly on that occasion, the son of Camelot was subsequently raised 3lb. However, with the excellent Reese Holohan taking 4lb off in this apprentice handicap, he is actually able to race off effectively a lower mark. While a wide draw is an obvious worry, if breaking smartly he looks the one to beat. Off the track since finishing second over C&D in June, the veteran Roderick shouldn't be far away. Miss Americana has yet to get her head in front, but went very close when beaten a short head here back in April.

Having suffered a nightmare passage when well backed at Galway, MR PERTH can gain compensation. Squeezed out after leaving the stalls, the Michael Grassick-trained gelding was towards the rear entering the straight before running on strongly to finish a never-nearer seventh. Nicely drawn on this occasion, the son of Australia should take plenty of beating if getting a good early sit. Cosmic Funk ran a similar race to the selection at Galway, but failed to build on that at Navan. If he can be forgiven that run, the Starman gelding shouldn't be far away. C&D winner Majestic King also has claims, despite a wide draw.

Despite ground concerns and lack of a recent run, BANBRIDGE is hard to get away from. A three-time Grade 1 winner over fences, the Joseph O'Brien-trained gelding is a class apart here. Provided the going doesn't turn really testing, the 10-year-old should get away with 'summer soft'. Another Grade 1 winner over jumps, Western Fold looks the biggest danger. While upcoming races such as the Kerry National could be a short-term target for both horses, they should be relatively fit this close to the Listowel feature. Galway Hurdle runner-up Thisistheway has fitness on her side and is also proven on more testing ground. She offers a viable alternative and looks the each-way play in a competitive maiden.
