The Eve Johnson Houghton trained filly was only narrowly beaten on her debut at Newbury over 6f before getting off the mark at Newbury over the same course and distance.
Sugar Yes Please was given a confident ride by Charlie Bishop when beating Nuit d’éclair by ½ length in the Group 3 Sweet Solera Stakes at Newmarket and the runner-up has boosted that form finishing a close 3 rd on her next start. She handled the July course well that day and should run well once again.

Barleybrown has won over this course and distance four times previously including in this race two years ago off a 1lb higher mark. Sassy Glory is a proven front runner who should set a strong pace for Barleybrown to aim at and the selection looks sure to run well with up to four places available.
