Midnight’s Dream 11/8 (1pt)
The Joe Parr trained MIDNIGHT’S DREAM (best priced at 11/8) was a comfortable winner at Wolverhampton on Tuesday and he looks the one to beat off the same mark. The five-year-old was sent off a well backed 7/4 favourite that day in an apprentice handicap off a career low mark of 55 under Jack Nicholls.
Midnight’s Dream is unpenalised for that victory and with his rider now able to claim his usual 3lb allowance, he should be able to repeat that success off the same mark.

Sonbelievable 9/2 (1pt)
It will hopefully be a good day for the Joe Parr stable at Southwell this evening with SONBELIEVABLE (best priced at 9/2) looking leniently treated off an opening mark of 54. The three-year-old was given three quick runs in June and July in novice and maiden races when sent off 20/1, 100/1 and 300/1.
Sonbelievable now returns from a 90 day break on his handicap debut off an opening mark of 54 and he should prove better than that with Luke Morris taking over on board.

New Image 9/2 (1pt)
The Michael Herrington trained NEW IMAGE (best priced at 9/2) has won his previous two starts over this course and distance and he should be able to cope with a 3lb rise in the weights. The six-year-old has form figures of 311 over 6f in handicap company in his career and has been really suited by the drop in trip.
New Image now steps into Class 4 company but he is clearly in great heart and can complete a hat-trick of course and distance wins.

Norflondonforever 9/4 (1pt)
This looks a competitive 0-65 handicap but preference goes to NORFLONDONFOREVER (best priced at 9/4) who finished a close 2nd over this course and distance nine days ago. The Faye Bramley trained five-year-old was only beaten half a length at the finish that day when 4 ¼ lengths clear of the favourite in third.
The handicapper has raised Norflondonforever 2lbs for that defeat but he instead runs here off the same mark meaning that he is 2lbs “well in” at the weights. He can hopefully record the second win of his career.
