Day 1 Lucky 15 Tips
Workahead
Make no mistake I expect Kopek Des Bordes to win the Supreme as he looked a bit of a monster at the Dublin Racing Festival. He is a short price though so for our each way Lucky 15 I’m happy to include WORKAHEAD as I can see him running a big race.
Henry de Bromhead won the Supreme last year with Slade Steel and this 7yo has looked promising beating William Munny by seven lengths at Leopardstown.
The latter has won like a nice horse since so the form stacks up and I see him as the biggest danger to the favourite.

Broadway Boy
Trends are always worth checking for the Ultima and BROADWAY BOY ticks plenty of them. He shaped well on reappearance behind Senior Chief and then bumped into Kandoo Kid at Newbury.
His jumping let him down when beaten at short odds last time but they have reportedly done an operation on his knees and he has been schooling really well at home since.
He is a horse who still has untapped potential and I can see him serving it up to these. If he jumps well and gets into a rhythm then he will be a danger to all.

Stencil
I can see STENCIL being one of the big gambles of the day at Cheltenham on Tuesday. He won his first two starts in the style of a smart horse in France and then had excuses in Graded company back in November.
Freshened up he ran an eye-catching race behind East India Dock on Trials Day and now handicapping could be off a lenient mark. This big field scenario should really suit and if he settles and gets jumping early then I can see him picking his way through in the closing stages. The rain last night only helps him further so lots to like.

Haiti Couleurs
This looks a fiercely competitive renewal but I’m keen to side with HAITI COULEURS for Rebecca Curtis. He impressed justifying strong support to romp home at Aintree and then followed up beating Transmission at this track on penultimate start. He ran really well back over hurdles to finish third at Newbury and should be spot on for this now.
He is obviously unexposed over these marathon trips and he looks a relentless galloper to me so I expect it to really suit and if he jumps well he’ll have a great chance of winning. Now Is The Hour goes handicapping for the first time and he could be the danger.
