Spinola Bay looks like a really solid option here for the Gordon Elliott team, but they seemed to have dipped in form somewhat, and that would be a slight worry. The one to side with, I think, has to be Zuzukel (Best price 11/4) for Tony Martin. He was last seen finishing second to the JP McManus improver Powerful, who subsequently went on to win in good style next time out too.
We haven’t seen Zuzukel since November, and I think Tony Martin would only be sending him out if he thought he was ready to win. It’s possible that he could be a cut above these.

It would be wise to ensure you take the three places here that are currently offered by Ladbrokes, Coral, Bet365, SkyBet, Sporting Index, Betfred, and BetMGm. The 7-runner race here is very competitive, and Heeztheboy is going to be hard to beat with his current form. He does have to take another hit on the chin, though, so it does make things more difficult.
I am going to side with Tara’s Halls (Best price 5/1) here, though, who is very much in and out of form, but I think this race will set up nicely for him. Last time out, he traveled well the entire way at Haydock and looked like the winner before a final fence error seemingly cost him the place.
That being said, he was solid up until that point, and he was only just beaten by a smart rival. The extra distance here could bring out more in him still, and if he can back up that latest effort, then he has a good chance here with the three places widely available.
