Tip 1 - Fresh Kicks - 0.5pt EW
Best odds of 14/1 at Unibet while publishing.
The Nicky Henderson-trained FRESH KICKS (best priced at 14/1) ran well on his two hurdle starts this season prior to appearing to not stay the 2m 7½f trip last time. The six-year-old raced enthusiastically when 2nd beaten only a length behind the 126-rated Kasino Des Mottes at Kempton before getting off the mark at Plumpton in a weak contest by six lengths over 2m4½f.
Fresh Kicks travelled well last time on his handicap debut at Ascot before weakening late on over the longer trip. Returned to this 2m4f trip off a 1lb lower mark, he should outrun his double-figure odds.

Tip 2 - Lelantos - 1pt
Best odds of 5/2 at BetMGM UK while publishing.
With Castanea Breeze an early NR, I expected LELANTOS (best priced at 5/2) to be an odds-on favourite for this contest. The ten-year-old is Nicky Henderson’s only runner on the card, and he arrives in this race having won at Huntingdon last time under Robbie Dunne.
Lelantos won his only start at this track in 2021 off a higher mark, and he has no doubts about this 2m7½f trip, having won over 3m1f last time. A 4lb rise shouldn’t be able to stop him from following up in this contest.
