Long considered one of the best prospects at featherweight, Calvin Kattar’s time is running out, as he comes into this one having now lost two of his past three. Joining the UFC in 2017, Kattar has amassed a record of 7-4 to this point and needs a win here to get back into the coveted top five.

Arnold Allen (18-1-0)

Englishman Arnold Allen has largely flown under the radar since joining the UFC in 2015, rattling off nine straight wins that culminated in a first-round KO of Dan Hooker in March. The KO win was his first inside the distance since 2018 and set him up for this fight vs. Hooker, the first main event of his career. 

In this matchup vs. Kattar, Allen holds the edges both in striking defense as well as on the ground, where he dominates in submission and takedown averages per 15 minutes. As mentioned, Allen has been much better at protecting himself as well, absorbing just 2.22 strikes per minute.
