Quinn Ewers Heisman Trophy Odds +2000 (Bet $100 to win $2000)
Is Texas back? Their quarterback has the fifth-best chance to win the Heisman Trophy this year. Obviously, we're seeing the likes of CJ Stroud, Bryce Young, etc. at the top but when looking at dark horse candidates, Ewers is in that next crop.
Ewers was competing for Hudson Card, who began the 2021 season as the starter before Casey Thompson ended up taking over.
It won't be an easy start to Ewers career as on September 10, he will be taking on No. 1 Alabama in his second ever game after the Longhorns open against Louisiana-Monroe the week prior.
This starting gig will likely only be temporary though as in 2023, Arch Manning will be making his way to Texas. Keep the seat warm for him, Quinn.
