Super Bowl LVI MVP Odds: Who Should You Be Backing to win Super Bowl MVP?

There's no shortage of future bets when it comes to the NFL, and one that's always popular come the playoffs is who will win the Super Bowl MVP. While just four teams remain, the odds have gotten shorter each week and will be cut again after the first kickoff Sunday in Kansas City.

Here are a few players I have my eyes on while the odds are still remotely long.

Super Bowl LVI MVP Odds

Matthew Stafford @ +330 (Bet $100 to win $330)

Having attempted just 55 passes through his first 2 games, the lowest from any quarterback, I'm not sure we've really even seen the best of Stafford yet. Sure, they opened up big leads early and both, but I'm not so sure they can't do that again in their next two games.

Even with that, his 10.3 yards per catch are tied with Patrick Mahomes, and his TD:INT ratio of 4:0 is the best this postseason amongst quarterbacks remaining. Add in an RTG of 131.5, and Stafford is playing some of the best football of any quarterback in January, so why stop now?

Cooper Kupp @ +1000 (Bet $100 to win $1,000)

Since 2010 only one wide receiver has taken home the Super Bowl MVP trophy (Julien Edelman, 2019), but should the Rams win Sunday; my money is on another. For the first time since Steve Smith in 2005, a WR (Kupp) took home this season's triple crown leading the league in receptions, yards, and touchdowns.

Already racking up 244 yards and 2 touchdowns so far this postseason, Kupp likely won't stop should he get the chance to play one more game at SoFi Stadium.

Joe Burrow @ +1000 (Bet $100 to win $1,000)

While his odds are still long to get there, I can't pass up a quarterback (IMO the second-best left) at these odds to win Super Bowl MVP. Following two 440 yard 4 touchdown performances to end the regular season, Burrow has thrown for 592 yards and 3 touchdowns in his two playoff wins thus far.

His 296 yards per game trails only Mahomes amongst remaining starters, and if with an additional week to get healthy and prep, if the Bengals can get past the Chiefs I like for a monster game for Joey B in the Super Bowl.
