Jason Radowitz breaks down Week 7 NFL Fantasy Start Em, Sit Em. Come find out who he's targeting to have a breakout week in the NFL Week 7 contests.

NFL Fantasy Start Em, Sit Em: 20 Players to Start or Sit in Week 7

We've got you covered if you're having trouble deciding which players to play in Week 7 for your fantasy football teams.

With bye weeks in play, finding replacements for those players is essential.

Here are our thoughts below.

Quarterbacks To Play in Week 7

1. Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks (Buy some Geno stock on Jock MKT ahead of a juicy matchup with the Chargers)

2. Derek Carr, Las Vegas Raiders

Geno Smith is still a Top-10 quarterback every week. He wasn't top-10 last week but should rebound against the Chargers' below-average defense against quarterbacks in fantasy football. Meanwhile, Derek Carr is starting to have success in fantasy. He's been a top-12 quarterback in three of his last four starts and is coming off a bye week. He'll be healthy and have healthy targets against a Texans defense that hasn't played all that well this season.

Think Derek Carr can lead the Raiders to a win? It's the Texans, so why not? Bet $5 on the Raiders to win using this promo and collect $200 if they do. It's that simple.

Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 7

3. Marcus Mariota, QB, Atlanta Falcons

4. Russell Wilson, QB, Denver Broncos

5. Jared Goff, QB, Detroit Lions

It's tempting to want to play Marcus Mariota. But against the Bengals, he's likely not putting up close to the numbers he put up last week against the 49ers. If he starts to show more consistency, then I'll reconsider, but he's got a high ceiling but a low floor. Meanwhile, Russell Wilson could be hurt with a hamstring injury. I'd be nervous about his production if he does end up playing.

Jock Market Players to Target Week 7

  • QB: Dak Prescott vs. Detroit (@ $5.52)
  • RB: Alvin Kamara vs. Arizona (@ $7.25)
  • WR: Allen Lazard vs. Washington (@ $4.05)
  • TE: Robert Tonyan vs. Washington (@ $1.82)

Running Backs To Play in Week 7

6. Jeff Wilson Jr., San Francisco 49ers

7. Travis Etienne Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars

8. Latavius Murray, Denver Broncos

The 49ers will always commit to the run. Last week was weird for Wilson Jr. and the 49ers. I'm not saying they'll rebound, but I do think Wilson will be a more significant portion of the offense. On the other hand, Latavius Murray looks like the clear RB1 in Denver. With Wilson injured and Melvin Gordon likely out of the picture, Murray's a play.

Think Travis Etienne Jr. can lead the Jags to victory? Bet $10 on the Jags moneyline with this BetMGM promo and collect $200...even if they lose!

Running Backs To Sit in Week 7

9. Jamal Williams, Detroit Lions

10. Kenyon Drake, Baltimore Ravens

After last week, Drake has been one of the top waiver wire pickups this week. He only carried the ball ten times but had 119 yards and a touchdown in the game. He's also not a major pass-catching threat. It's going to be hard for Drake to replicate that output again.

Wide Receivers To Play in Week 7

11. DeAndre Hopkins, Arizona Cardinals

12. Allen Lazard, Green Bay Packers

If you drafted DeAndre Hopkins and waited six weeks to play him. Now's your chance. Marquise Brown won't be available and it's currently unclear if Robbie Anderson will suit up for this game. Hopkins will be the lead guy for Arizona. Ride him.

Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 7

13. JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kansas City Chiefs

14. D.J Moore, Carolina Panthers

15. Elijah Moore, New York Jets

Smith-Schuster isn't getting the volume that most owners had hoped when they drafted him. Meanwhile, D.J. Moore and Elijah Moore are simply not even getting looks right now. Elijah complained on Twitter while D.J. will more than likely request a trade-out so that he can take his talents elsewhere. Don't bother with the Moores.

Tight Ends To Play in Week 7

16. Gerald Everett, Los Angeles Chargers

17. Hayden Hurst, Cincinnati Bengals

Everett and Hurst are both viable options in fantasy football this week. Hurst and Everett are usually getting solid volume and that shouldn't change in their matchups this week.

Can Gerald Everett and the Chargers beat the Seahawks? Bet $5 on them do just that with this DK promo and collect $200 if they do. That's 40/1 odds.

Tight Ends To Sit in Week 7

18. Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints

19. Cole Kmet, Chicago Bears

20. Mike Gesicki, Miami Dolphins

Taysom Hill is a lottery gamble. Cole Kmet is in the worst offense in football and Mike Gesicki needs to prove that he can contribute to the offense with Tua Tagovailoa starting.

Jock Market Players to Avoid Week 7

  • QB: Jalen Hurts vs. Dallas
  • RB: Nick Chubb vs. New England
  • WR: CeeDee Lamb vs. Philadelphia
  • TE: Darren Waller vs. Houston
