Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tennessee Titans Betting Data
Patrick Mahomes and the Kansas City Chiefs look to pick up their sixth win of the season when they host the Tennessee Titans on Sunday Night Football. As is the case seemingly every season over the last number of years, Mahomes and co. are right in the mix of things when it comes to Super Bowl favorites. Sitting at 5-2, the Chiefs lead the way in the AFC West, this season, with all five wins being over pre-season projected playoff teams in the form of the Arizona Cardinals, Los Angeles Chargers, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Las Vegas Raiders, and most recently, the San Francisco 49ers back in week seven before the team enjoyed a bye week in week eight.
Meanwhile, Mike Vrabel's Tennessee Titans' start to their 2022-23 campaign came with some turmoil as last year's AFC's top seed began this season with an abysmal 0-2 record but have been unstoppable ever since. The Titans head into Kansas City on the back of a five-game winning streak, defeating the likes of the Las Vegas Raiders, Indianapolis Colts (twice), Washington Commanders, and most recently, the Houston Texans, this past Sunday afternoon on the road against their AFC South foes.
Kansas City Chiefs vs. Tennessee Titans Total Betting
Result | Total | % of Bets |
|---|---|---|
Over | 46.5 | 69% |
Under | 46.5 | 31% |
When it comes to the total for this one, it's anybody's guess but the status of Titans starting signal caller, Ryan Tannehill might help (or hurt) the cause. It appears as if Tannehill will be a true game-time decision for Sunday night's showdown but using the premise that he's playing, it's still not a certainty that this one will hit the over as the two clubs combined for a modest 6-8 record to the over. However, Chiefs games have hit the over in three of their past four contests but the Titans haven't done so since their 24-22 victory over the Las Vegas Raiders all the way back in week three as the 46 points scored in that matchup just scraped by the 45.5 projected total for the affair.
