2022 will be Tom Brady’s last season… right? That’s how the sportsbooks see it, as the legendary quarterback is given -236 odds, or an implied 72.5% chance to call it a career. What if he doesn’t? Tom Brady’s contract is up at the end of the year, could he test the market one more time?

Sportsbooks are prepared for another Tom Brady free agency. Well, kind of. If Brady does return for the 2023 season, the books expect it to be as a member of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, with -179 odds or an implied 64.1% chance to be exact.

If he does test the market though, then the books are prepared for any NFL team to sign him. The Las Vegas Raiders and San Francisco 49ers are tied at the top of the market with +200 odds, or an implied 25% chance to land him.

Do you believe that Brady will end up back with the Bucs? What about the 49ers? If you do, you can bet on his MVP Future at DraftKings by Clicking Here!

It’s more than just teams with question marks at quarterback though. The Miami Dolphins are given +400 odds, or an implied 20% chance to land Brady. The Cowboys are +1800, or an implied 5.3% chance to get a deal done. A potential reunion with the Patriots isn’t out of question either, as New England is given +500 odds, or an implied 16.7% chance.

What Tom Brady will do next is a mystery. He could finally hang it up, as he seemingly intended to do earlier this year. He could return to Tampa after what’s been a disappointing season to this point. He could decide he has unfinished business elsewhere. Perhaps a return home to play one season for his hometown 49ers? Maybe one last hurrah with Bill Belichick? Maybe, like Brett Favre before him, Brady wants at least one shot at revenge by joining a bitter rival. Whatever Brady ends up doing, the books are ready for it.
