Olave has a huge shortening of his odds this week but still winds up fourth in line because he lives in an offense that can't score points. Olave has one touchdown in his past seven games despite seeing 62+ yards in five of those seven games. The Saints have scored under 17 points in four of their last five contests, and quarterback Andy Dalton also has one or zero passing touchdowns in four of his last five.

Under the hood, Olave continues to be a fantastic player and one who ultimately be a top receiver in the league with a different quarterback. He is third in the league in air yards (1,512), top-20 in target share (25.7%), and fourth in team air yards share. But he is just 33rd in targets per route run, meaning the Saints' quarterback is not pushing to get the ball in Olave's direction as often as they should.

Scoring eight touchdowns in a four-game span can apparently chop a player's odds by almost 90%. After the first half of the season, Watson was barely an afterthought for OROY, but since his breakout game against the Dallas Cowboys, he has been a scoring machine that looks like the next great receiver to come out of Green Bay.

Watson was a combine darling, ranking in the 96th percentile or higher in the 40-yard dash, speed score, burst score, and catch radius. He is now up to 11th among all receivers in yards per reception and 13th in yards per target. It has been an amazing ascension for a player who was a bit of an unknown coming out of North Dakota State University, but if he keeps this trend up, he has a real shot at a late-season run at this award. Currently checking in at +375, he is definitely worth a few bets being thrown his way.

There is likely no one on earth who was happier to hear about the quarterback change to Mike White than rookie Garrett Wilson. Wilson averaged 3.7 receptions and 45.6 yards per game in the seven games before the quarterback switch with zero scores. Wilson has 6.5 catches, 128.5 yards per game in the two games with Mike White, and two scores. White just provides so much more accuracy and confidence downfield, and Wilson will be the big beneficiary.

But perhaps the best thing going for Wilson is his upcoming schedule. His Week 14 opponent is just middle of the pack against wide receivers, but he faces Detroit and Jacksonville after that. Both of those teams are in the top half of the league in receptions, yards, and touchdowns allowed to wide receivers. The runway is clear for this Jet to make a major move over the next month, and depending on what happens with Kenneth Walker, Wilson might soon be the favorite.

Walker's lead in the OROY odds lives on a razor's edge now as we await news about the severity of the injury he suffered in the Week 13 game against the Los Angeles Rams. Walker had taken a big lead over his competitors after eight touchdowns and 78 yards per game over his last six games. But now his next few weeks may be at risk due to an unusual ankle strain that Seattle is unclear how long it will take to heal.

Frankly, if he misses more than one week, considering how strong Wilson and Watson are coming on, it may be tough for Walker to keep track in this race. Seattle does look to be playoff-bound, so there is an incentive to bring Walker back as soon as possible instead of shutting him down for the season. Seattle has been noncommittal on a timeline or severity of the injury for Walker, so only time will tell if he is able to contribute meaningfully this year. If you want to play armchair doctor and think Walker will return, your value on his bet is much better than it was one week ago.
