Super Bowl Odds: Taking a Look at Every Teams Odds Ahead of Week 15

As the NFL regular season winds down and the playoff picture is ever-changing, we’ve now seen a third team be eliminated from the playoff pictures in the Denver Broncos. They, as well as the Houston Texans and Chicago Bears, are out of playoff contention. Let’s take a look at the Super Bowl Odds for each team that is alive in the NFL.

With Kyler Murray’s injury, the Cardinals' season is essentially over and it’ll likely be done after this season in terms of playoff hope. It was a rough season for them, and they should be glad for this season to end and look forward to better days.

The Saints only have four wins heading into Week 15 and seem to be on the brink of playoff elimination. They’ve got some problems to address this offseason and need to focus on that now more than a playoff spot.

The Raiders aren’t a top-2 team in their division, and they’re slowly watching their playoff hopes fall away. It’s a matter of time for them, and they’ll look to reanalyze their situation for next season and find a way to mesh their talent.

The Browns would have to win out their season for a chance to make the playoffs, and then undergoing a QB change will make that hard to do. The top two teams in their division are very solid and the Browns won’t be able to catch up to them at all. We’re just counting down the days until the Browns are eliminated from playoff contention.

The Falcons simply aren’t talented enough to make noise, even with a bad division and statistically being able to make the playoffs by winning their division. It’s hard to imagine Marcus Mariota taking over Tom Brady’s playoff spot.

It’s very likely that the Packers don’t even pass the Lions in their division, and they could easily end up watching Wild Card weekend from home, and not because they have a bye. They’d have to pass the Lions for a playoff shot, and in the crazy scenario where they scratch the playoffs, they don’t win a playoff game.

The only reason the Panthers are in the position they are odds-wise is that their terrible division gives them some playoff hopes. If I had to make my prediction now, I would take them missing out on the playoffs entirely after giving the Bucs not much contention.

The Giants' upcoming matchup with the Commanders doesn't look good for the Giants' playoff odds, and with their run-heavy offense, they seem too one-dimensional to win a playoff game. They don’t seem poised for a real playoff run, yet.

With the Titans trending the wrong way, the Jaguars have a very far-off chance to make the playoffs. They’re within striking distance, though, and they seem to be seeing their young squad pull things together and showing signs of hope.

The AFC East is competitive, and the winning-record Jets could easily miss out on the playoffs. They’ll have to work incredibly hard to scratch their way into the playoffs, and with their injuries and QB situation, a playoff win doesn't seem reasonable.

The Patriots took down the Cardinals in prime time to give themselves the final AFC playoff spot that they’ll have to hold on to. With a matchup coming up against the Raiders, that’s reasonable. They’re a dark horse playoff team, and their odds reflect that.

The Lions are also right outside of the playoffs looking in, but after a week of competing with the Bills, then handily taking down both the Jaguars and Vikings, the Lions are absolutely in play. Though they are far off from winning a Super Bowl, they’ve shown they can knock off some solid teams.

The NFC East could somehow all make the playoffs, and the Commanders are third in the division. They’ll get a rematch against the Giants, who they tied against in their last matchup. If they make the playoffs, they’re nothing more than a shot in the dark playoff team.

A tough loss to the Panthers in Week 14 has the Seahawks right outside of the playoffs looking in. They take on a very tough 49ers team in Week 15, which could see the Seahawks' playoff dreams seem a little further away after an incredibly surprising season.

With a two-win lead in their division, the Titans are in control to see their playoff season come to fruition. They’ve lost three games in a row, however, and are trending the wrong way. To hit a losing streak as the season winds down is not a recipe to win a playoff game.

The Chargers won this past week to put them one game over .500, and they’re in a solid position to snag the last spot in the AFC. They’ve started to see their season somewhat come together, but it will take the whole squad getting hot at the right time for them to come away with any playoff wins.

Tom Brady was outdone by Brock Purdy last week, and his offense can’t get past opposing squads as they fall to 6-7 on the season. They’ll still win their very weak division, but their chances of winning a Super Bowl feel like a long shot.

The Lions upset the Vikings this past weekend, and they’re now 10-3 on the season. They’ve still got a solid record and a strong showing this season, but as mentioned last week, they need big wins to prove themselves ahead of the playoffs, not bad losses.

The Dolphins are currently hanging on to one of the last two playoff spots in the AFC. They’ve lost two straight games while Tua Tagovailoa is hitting a slight slump under center. They’re set up to take on Josh Allen and the Bills, who they defeated in their first matchup of the season. This matchup will be telling of where the Dolphins are at this point in the season.

The Ravens currently lead their division, but as the Bengals are also 9-4, they’re in a spot where they could easily lose that. With Lamar Jackson’s injury, the Ravens have held on, barely winning their past two games. They’ve got to continue to fight while Jackson is out, but when he plays, they’re a dark horse Super Bowl candidate.

I’ve seen this story before. The Bengals are rolling at the right time, and this is what helped lead them to the Super Bowl last season. Joe Burrow is getting the respect he deserves as a top quarterback in the league and their offense has been one of the best in the last few weeks.

The 49ers not only used Week 14 to get their sixth straight win in a row, but they also did so in dominating fashion. Brock Purdy, who is the 49ers third-string QB, got the start as the 49ers have injuries to both their QB1 and QB2. They still dominated the Brady-led Bucs which warranted an odds boost for the 49ers. Their squad looks like the real deal and playoff ready.

The Cowboys fit in with the other teams ahead of them, as they also have double-digit wins headed into Week 15. Now, they saw a very slight odds drop after playing entirely too close with the Houston Texans, but they got the job done nonetheless. It may be a good thing that they had to play a close game and come away with the win, it’s needed experience come playoff time.

The Chiefs did not fall to the third spot – but were rather jumped by the Eagles with a strong showing. The Chiefs have seen enough success in the regular season, so they seem to have this casual regular season vibe and will be ready to turn things up come playoff time. Their close win over the Broncos, who are no longer in the playoff conversation, is a reason for oddsmakers to dock the Chiefs. 

2. Philadelphia Eagles (+450) Bet $100 to collect $550. FanDuel has the best odds, click here

A huge win for the Eagles gives them the ever-so-slight boost over the Chiefs. They were in control of the entire matchup against the Giants, and Jalen Hurts keeps looking to build his MVP case. The Eagles are the lone team that has clinched a playoff spot in the league. They’ve been nearly perfect this season, and if they continue their high-level play into the playoffs, they have to be the favorites to win the NFC.

Another win, even if it was a close divisional win over the Jets, keeps the Bills as the frontrunner with odds to win the Super Bowl. Now, the Bills are proving to be able to work around their injuries, but they’re going to need a big win to spark some fire so they can get hot at the right time as a squad.
