NFL MVP Odds: Patrick Mahomes Stretches Lead in NFL MVP Race Entering Week 17

Patrick Mahomes led the Chiefs to another win this past weekend which keeps them tied with the Buffalo Bills for the best record in the AFC. Mahomes threw for two more touchdowns adding to his already league-leading number, and rushed for a score to cap off the win late in the fourth quarter. The Chiefs and Mahomes locked up another AFC West division title and are level with the Bills vying for a bye in the first round of the playoffs. Mahomes helped his chances in the 2022 NFL MVP race, but things could tighten up with Josh Allen and the Bengals taking on Joe Burrow and the Bills next week.

Burrow is right behind Mahomes in passing touchdowns this season, trailing him by just 3. He is second in completion percentage and passing yards. Burrow and Allen have a real opportunity to make a statement in the NFL MVP race next Monday night.
