Quarterbacks To Play in Week 18

1. Kirk Cousins, Minnesota Vikings

If you started Kirk Cousins last week, you're probably not in the finals. But if he was sitting on your bench, consider using him against a pitiful Chicago defense. Oddsmakers also think this game will be close, giving Cousins even more potential. He gets on fire when games are close.

2. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers

I think it's time to consider Rodgers. He added two touchdowns in Week 17 and helped the Packers dominate the Vikings last weekend. Now the Packers need to win against the Lions, and they'll make the postseason.

The Lions' defense has improved this season, but they're still not a top defense.

3. Jalen Hurts, QB, Philadelphia Eagles

Even if Hurts is back, you probably can't play him. Who knows how healthy he'll be? The Eagles won't risk it and make him run a whole lot. They want to get him comfortable enough for the playoffs.

4. Tom Brady, QB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

No matter how well the Buccaneers played offensively last weekend, you won't find me playing Tom Brady in any fantasy championship.

The Bucs have been so inconsistent this year behind Tom Brady. There are better options.

5. Deshaun Watson, QB, Cleveland Browns

Running Backs To Play in Week 18

6. Travis Etienne Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars

Etienne rushed for 108 yards and a touchdown on just nine attempts last weekend against the Texans. He was also active in the passing game and added three balls for 32 yards.

At least if you start Etienne, you'll know he'll get his usual reps. The Jaguars are playing the Titans in a game that will decide the AFC South.

7. Najee Harris, Pittsburgh Steelers

Najee Harris wasn't a top running back this year. But he has the potential to help you bring home a championship this season.

Harris had 22 carries for 111 yards and also scored a touchdown on a reception that gave Pittsburgh life heading into Week 18. He's a bit of a risk, but if he gets that volume, you've got to play him in your championship game.

8. Jerick McKinnon, Kansas City Chiefs (Bet on the Chiefs to make the playoffs here. It's free money)

McKinnon has been on a touchdown tear recently. He's not even the starting running back, but he's used like one. He caught five passes and scored two touchdowns last weekend. His speed, agility, and pass-catching ability are all terrific. He's had a resurgence this season.

Running Backs To Sit in Week 18

9. D'Onta Foreman, Carolina Panthers

Foreman's best games are behind him. He rushed 13 times for 35 yards against the Bucs. Running on the Saints will be just as hard for Foreman and the Panthers.

10. Latavius Murray, Denver Broncos

In fantasy, we're looking for touchdowns. Denver scoring touchdowns is unlikely this season. Murray added 12 carries against the Chiefs for 56 yards and also caught four passes for 16 yards.

But still, without a touchdown, his numbers aren't going to look all that exciting. Stay away from Denver players when it comes to your championship matchup.

Wide Receivers To Play in Week 18

Desmond Ridder is giving Drake London the most volume. Last week, Sam Darnold had no trouble earning big plays down the field against the Bucs' secondary.

The Falcons figure to be trailing in this game. They'll have to unload and find Drake London down the field. A couple of big completions and a touchdown is all you need.

Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 18

13. Amari Cooper, Cleveland Browns

Amari Cooper might've helped you earn a championship spot. But he only had three catches that totaled two touchdowns. That's unlikely to happen moving forward. Cooper was shut out in the first half.

I'd go with more consistency over Cooper.

14. Jerry Jeudy, Denver Broncos

Jeudy added seven catches for just 38 yards last weekend against the Chiefs. In a PPR league, Jeudy is worth more. But to earn seven catches for under 40 yards is deflating.

15. Brandin Cooks, Houston Texans

Brandin Cooks has had some big games this year. He's helped many fantasy teams. But last week wasn't one of them. The Texans scored three points, and Cooks added four catches for 38 yards.

Tight Ends To Play in Week 18

16. Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints

Hill is being used as a passer, rusher, and receiver. So he's going to stat pad. Last week, he threw two passes for 24 yards, had 46 rushing yards and a touchdown on 14 carries, and caught one pass for nine yards.

That works for me.

17. Evan Engram, Jacksonville Jaguars Evan Engram is finally starting to look like the guy that was drafted in the first round. Back him and the Jags right now at 30/1 odds at DraftKings

Engram added just one catch last weekend against Houston. The Jaguars didn't need to use him. They won 31-3. But I wouldn't give up on Engram. The big game against the Titans will be tight, and the Jaguars will use him much more.

18. Tyler Higbee, Los Angeles Rams

Higbee has been too inconsistent without Matthew Stafford running the show. He came off his best game of the season and then put up another dud last weekend.

19. Jelani Woods, Indianapolis Colts

Woods is a monster athlete, but the Colts don't have much offense right now. No matter who the quarterback is, don't start any tight end for the Colts in Week 18.

20. Jordan Atkins, Houston Texans

The same should be said about the Texans. The offense will not come around in the season's final week. There are better options, like Robert Tonyan and Logan Thomas, if you want to dig deep.
