NFL Fantasy Start Em, Sit Em: 20 Players to Start or Sit in Week 4

We're headed to Week 4 in the NFL season. A lot has happened over the first few weeks. If your starting lineup in Week 1 looks the same in Week 4, and you're also winning, you've accomplished a very tough feat.

We've got you covered below for everyone else looking to stream players and find the right combinations.

Embarrassing your friends in Fantasy or are they embarrassing you? Lucky for you, we have over $5,000 in free bets in bonuses to use on the NFL! Even if your fantasy team is sucking, you can still brag about winning money!

Quarterbacks To Play in Week 4

1. Justin Fields, Chicago Bears

2. Russell Wilson, Denver Broncos

If you drafted Justin Fields as your primary quarterback, there's no better time than to play him against a Broncos team that allowed 70 points last weekend.

On the other hand, Russell Wilson should have a field day against a Chicago defense that rarely gets stops.

I've got the Over in the Bears-Broncos game. Enjoy it.

Wilson playing the Bears in Week 4? Wilson and the Broncos can bounce back after their embarrasing loss to the Dolphins last week. Make sure you're hammering Russell Wilson prop bets at DraftKings right now

Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 4

3. Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts

4. Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

5. Brock Purdy, San Francisco 49ers

Anthony Richardson was sidelined last weekend with a concussion. His dynamic running ability is a huge plus. But he might need to tone it down a notch and start sliding. Otherwise, those concussions will continue to sideline him more frequently.

Meanwhile, Joe Burrow and the Bengals looked better last weekend against the Rams. But against the Titans, it could be a different story. I'd stay away until Burrow is 100% healthy.

Lastly, the Niners are playing the Arizona Cardinals. They'll run a lot in this game.

Running Backs To Play in Week 4

6. Alvin Kamara, New Orleans Saints

7. D'Andre Swift, Philadelphia Eagles

8. Aaron Jones, Green Bay Packers

Alvin Kamara will return to the New Orleans Saints this week. The Saints don't have Jamaal Williams, and their leading rusher is Taysom Hill.

You'd have to imagine Kamara is the lead back right away.

On the other hand, D'Andre Swift was still super dominant in Week 3, earning another 100-yard game, even with Kenneth Gainwell back on the field. That's enough for me to start him every week.

Lastly, if Aaron Jones is healthy and active, put him in your lineup. No questions asked.

Hammer D'Andre Swift overs at Ceasars right now. Bet up to $50 and get $250 that Swift has a better week than last and don't worry about losing!

Running Backs To Sit in Week 4

9. De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins

10. Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs

I love both of these runners. But they don't have the best of matchups in Week 4.

Isiah Pacheco will take on the New York Jets, while Achane will face the Buffalo Bills.

Both are extremely fast and hard runners. But their outputs won't be nearly as good this week.

Wide Receivers To Play in Week 4

11. Mike Evans, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

12. Tutu Atwell, Los Angeles Rams

Mike Evans was an afterthought in your fantasy drafts because some expected a trade. Some even thought he'd hold out.

Instead, Evans has hauled in 17 catches on 28 targets. He has nearly 300 yards receiving and three touchdowns. He's a No. 1 wide receiver in fantasy football right now.

On the other hand, although Tutu Atwell only had four catches last weekend, he added 50 yards and a touchdown to go along with a big run that probably could've also been called a touchdown. His speed is a big part of the Los Angeles offense.

Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 4

13. Jahan Dotson, Washington Commanders

14. Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts

15. D.J. Chark, Carolina Panthers

Jahan Dotson had just two catches for 21 yards against the Bills. The same thing could happen to him against the Eagles this weekend.

Meanwhile, Josh Downs saw eight receptions on 12 targets last weekend. But as long as Anthony Richardson is the quarterback, Downs won't see that same production.

The same could be said about D.J. Chark. If Bryce Young returns, Chark is a no-go, despite earning 11 targets and 86 receiving yards last weekend with Andy Dalton at quarterback.

Tight Ends To Play in Week 4

16. Sam LaPorta, Detroit Lions

17. Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints

Sam LaPorta is becoming a top-five tight end in the league. If you were lucky to get him off the waiver wire earlier this season, you should play him over any tight end you have ahead of him.

Meanwhile, Taysom Hill should still see a lot of action with the Saints against the Buccaneers. He's led the team in rushing yards and will still get his fair share, even with Kamara back in the mix.

Can the Saints bounce back on Sunday? Well, FanDuel is the place to bet on Taysom Hill props right now!

Tight Ends To Sit in Week 4

18. David Njoku, Cleveland Browns

19. Zach Ertz, Arizona Cardinals

20. Dawson Knox, Buffalo Bills

These tight ends might get a couple of looks and targets. But none have added significant gains to any of their catches this year.
