Some fantasy football leagues are beginning their playoffs this weekend. For some of you, it's do-or-die every week.
Therefore, you've got to make the right decision to keep your team alive heading into Week 14.
Here are 20 players to start or sit in Week 14.

Quarterbacks To Play in Week 14
1. Jameis Winston, New Orleans Saints
2. Gardner Minshew II, Indianapolis Colts
Jameis Winston could get this week's start against the Panthers with Derek Carr in concussion protocol. Against Carolina, Winston has a real chance to put up QB 1 stats if he gets the chance.
Meanwhile, the Cincinnati secondary has been absolutely horrible this season. Gardner Minshew and the Colts have won four straight games and should have another game with at least 28+ points.

Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 14
3. Matthew Stafford, Los Angeles Rams
4. Trevor Lawrence, Jacksonville Jaguars
5. Geno Smith, Seattle Seahawks
I can't trust Matthew Stafford against the Ravens' defense on the road. Puka Nacua has a shoulder injury, while Cooper Kupp's still battling an ankle injury. Tyler Higbee is in the injury mix, too. I'm good.
Meanwhile, Trevor Lawrence probably has a sprained ankle. It's unclear if he'll play on Sunday, but I'd stay away regardless.
Plus, Geno Smith struggled a couple of weeks ago against the 49ers. Don't bother playing him this week in a must-win situation.
Running Backs To Play in Week 14
6. Joe Mixon, Cincinnati Bengals
7. Chuba Hubbard, Carolina Panthers
8. Breece Hall, New York Jets
Joe Mixon isn't the most efficient running back. But the Bengals started to find some offensive rhythm on Monday night. Around the red zone, Mixon will get his opportunities to score, rather than Cincinnati allowing Jake Browning to make a mistake.
Meanwhile, Chuba Hubbard added 25 carries for 104 yards and two touchdowns against the Buccaneers last week. He'll have another solid matchup against a Saints run defense that is sometimes nonexistent.
Breece Hall only added 13 carries for 16 yards. He couldn't find any running room last week. But at least he grabbed six catches. That should surely help people who are in a PPR league.
Running Backs To Sit in Week 14
9. D'Andre Swift, Philadelphia Eagles
10. Gus Edwards, Baltimore Ravens
D'Andre Swift only saw six rushes for 13 yards and caught two passes for seven yards against the 49ers. Now, the Eagles will take on the Cowboys, which will be another difficult defense for Swift to break through.
Meanwhile, Gus Edwards didn't see the endzone for the first time in five weeks last Sunday. He carried the ball only eight times for 26 yards and caught one catch against the Chargers in Week 12. His value is almost worthless without the goal-line touchdowns.
Wide Receivers To Play in Week 14
11. Noah Brown, Houston Texans
12. Odell Beckham Jr., Baltimore Ravens
Noah Brown didn't catch any passes last weekend. But with Tank Dell out for the season, Brown figures to return to his old ways when he dominated before his knee injury.
A whole week of practice should help him get back to game speed.
On the other hand, I like Odell's matchup against the Rams. The Rams have one of the worst secondaries, and Beckham Jr. proved that he could still make plays with his 116-yard outing a couple of weeks ago. If you're desperate, Beckham Jr. has some upside.

Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 14
13. Garrett Wilson, New York Jets
14. Jerry Jeudy, Denver Broncos
15. Chris Godwin, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Garrett Wilson always seems to be open and never gets the ball. You can't trust any quarterback on the Jets but Aaron Rodgers. With the Jets struggling to win games, we might not see Rodgers this year after all.
On the other hand, Jerry Jeudy only added three catches for 51 yards. He's catching the balls thrown his way but not getting enough targets to be impactful.
Chris Godwin might've scored a touchdown last week. But that was a rushing touchdown. He didn't catch a single pass last week. He's no Mike Evans.
Tight Ends To Play in Week 14
16. Taysom Hill, New Orleans Saints
17. Isaiah Likely, Baltimore Ravens
I know some leagues still have Taysom Hill in free agency. If he's there, go grab him and play him. He had 13 carries for 59 yards and one touchdown. He also added two catches for 15 yards and threw two balls. He's better than most tight ends every week.
On the other hand, if you're desperate for a tight end, Isaiah Likely isn't a horrible option. He was a legitimate portion of the Ravens' offense a couple of weeks ago and figures to stay in that role down the stretch.

Tight Ends To Sit in Week 14
18. Juwan Johnson, New Orleans Saints
19. Donald Parham Jr., Los Angeles Chargers
20. Hunter Henry, New England Patriots
There are much better tight ends out there with more upside. If these three players don't score touchdowns, they'll underperform.
The Saints, Chargers, and Patriots have all looked awful offensively recently. The Saints could be better with Winston, but Johnson won't be doing the heavy lifting. That's for sure.
