We're headed to Las Vegas, Nevada for Super Bowl LVIII between the San Francisco 49ers and the Kansas City Chiefs. On Sunday night, odds were already released for the big game. There will be changes to these lines and line movement leading up to the big game. However, here's an opening look at the odds for Super Bowl LVIII below.

- Spread: 49ers -1.5 (-110), Chiefs +1.5 (-110)
- Total: Over 47.5 (+100), Under 47.5 (-110)

Super Bowl LVII Spread Odds in Las Vegas
The San Francisco 49ers became the betting favorite when the odds came out. When the odds were first released, you could've gotten the Kansas City Chiefs at +2.5 (-110). However, the +2.5 is long gone. Books have already fixed their lines and have the Chiefs at +1.5. Some even have the odds at +1 for the Chiefs at -110. While one point might not seem different, it makes a much more significant difference than you'd think. What if the 49ers escape the Chiefs and win by one point? If you have -1.5, you will lose the bet, but that -1 number would at least void the bet. It's a massive difference. Make sure to stop around against the spread to get the best line available for the bet you want to place.
Super Bowl LVII Total Odds in Las Vegas
You're also going to want to shop around for the best total. However, the total hasn't seen much movement since opening on Sunday. The total was released at 47.5 and hasn't moved since then. You can get both sides at 47.5 (-110). More of the line movement figures to move the number lower. Many offshore books and some legal books are showing 47 numbers. Still, most betting sites are still at 47.5. If you're thinking about taking the Over, you can probably wait. If you want the Under, the 47.5 is likely the best number you'll get before the line starts to drop.
Super Bowl LVII Moneyline Odds in Las Vegas
You can find the San Francisco 49ers at -118 on DraftKings and FanDuel on the moneyline. Those are the best spots to get the Niners on the moneyline at this time. Meanwhile, the best number for the Kansas City Chiefs on the moneyline is at +100 via Caesars and FanDuel. If you're contemplating backing a team but don't know if you should take the moneyline or spread, here's the rule of thumb. Consider taking the Underdog with the points and the favorite on the moneyline. You don't want to get caught taking the 49ers at -1.5 and then have the 49ers win by one point. That has happened before. For the slight change in odds, you're better off taking the moneyline for the best price on the board.
