After two blockbuster trades on Tuesday, many fantasy owners are understandably shaken about the stock of some of their players.
Below I'll share the 20 players to start or sit based on what we know heading into Week 7.
Quarterbacks To Play in Week 7
1. Sam Darnold, Minnesota Vikings
2. Drake Maye, New England Patriots
3. Bo Nix, Denver Broncos
The Lions will probably score a lot of points, even against the Vikings. This will force the Vikings to be aggressive offensively. Without Aiden Hutchinson on the d-line, Darnold should have a quality day under center.
Meanwhile, Drake Maye had a solid second half for the Patriots and will only improve. With a game against the Jaguars, I'd seriously consider Drake Maye if you don't have many options.
Finally, I know Bo Nix struggled early in the first half. But he's got a matchup against a Saints team that just gave up over 50 points to the Buccaneers. Nix has earned back-to-back 21+ point games.

Quarterbacks To Sit in Week 7
4. Anthony Richardson, Indianapolis Colts
5. Russell Wilson. Pittsburgh Steelers
Neither quarterback should be starting in Week 7.
Anthony Richardson's running ability has more potential, but it's too inconsistent and likely going to be rusty. There's also the possibility that Russell Wilson won't play the entire game with Pittsburgh this weekend. Justin Fields could still get some snaps. I just wouldn't bother with Pittsburgh right now.
Running Backs To Play in Week 7
6. Tank Bigsby, Jacksonville Jaguars
7. Najee Harris, Pittsburgh Steelers
8. Alexander Mattison, Las Vegas Raiders
The Jaguars have listed Travis Etienne week-to-week with a hamstring injury. Tank Bisby will look to take advantage against the Patriots. This game should be closer, allowing Jacksonville to run the football more.
On the other hand, Najee Harris looked his best against the Las Vegas Raiders. He saw just 46% of snaps but added 14 carries for 106 yards and a touchdown. With Wilson under center in his first game back, expect Harris to see a volume increase.
It was also very apparent last week that Alexander Mattison is the best running back the Raiders got. If they're serious about turning things around, they'll run with Mattison the rest of the year.
Running Backs To Sit in Week 7
9. Nick Chubb. Cleveland Browns
10. De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins
Nick Chubb is set to make his debut for the Browns this week. But don't expect him to produce a lot in his first week back from a gruesome injury. Keep him on your bench as he works his way back up.
It's also unclear if De'Von Achane will return from a concussion. But with a bye week last week, he'll likely be back. Without Tua Tagovailoa, the offense is in shambles. Wait one more week.
Wide Receivers To Play in Week 7
11. JuJu Smith-Schuster, Kansas City Chiefs
12. Amari Cooper, Buffalo Bills
13. Garrett Wilson, New York Jets
JuJu Smith-Schuster caught seven passes on eight targets against New Orleans for 130 yards. After a bye week, Mahomes and Smith-Schuster likely connected even better heading into the week. Even against the Niners, you've got to start him.
Luckily for Amari Cooper owners, the trade to Buffalo happened early in the week. He'll be available this weekend, and Josh Allen will now throw the ball instead of Deshaun Watson. That's ideal.
Finally, even with Davante Adams back in the picture for Aaron Rodgers, you can expect a lot of volume from Garrett Wilson. That won't change. The Eagles can do it with DeVonta Smith and A.J. Brown, and the Rams have found success with Puka Nacua and Cooper Kupp at the same time. Don't panic.
Wide Receivers To Sit in Week 7
14. Josh Downs, Indianapolis Colts
15. Michael Pittman Jr., Indianapolis Colts
It's too risky playing Colts receivers with Richardson back in the lineup. He'll run a lot more and probably miss 50% of his passes.
That'll hurt Downs and Pittman's production.
Tight Ends To Play in Week 7
16. Dalton Kincaid, Buffalo Bills
17. Pat Freiermuth, Pittsburgh Steelers
I don't think Cooper's presence will hurt Dalton Kincaid. He'll still play many snaps and get plenty of targets. He's already added at least six targets in the last three games.
On the other hand, Russell Wilson isn't a great quarterback. But it likely means more production for Pat Freiermuth.
Tight Ends To Sit in Week 7
18. Cade Otton, TE, Tampa Bay Buccaneers
19. Mark Andrews, TE, Baltimore Ravens
20. Tyler Conklin, TE, New York Jets
Cade Otton had his best game against the Saints with the Buccaneers last week. But in a game with 50+ points, he hauled in just two catches on six targets for 15 yards. He just added a touchdown to boost his fantasy points line.
I'm also not solid on Mark Andrews. Give me another week of some big plays. Lastly, I do think Davante Adams will hurt Tyler Conklin's production a bit.
