The 32-year-old is trying to rebound after Sean Strickland stopped him in the third round in February, ending an eight-fight winning streak. Before that setback, Hernandez had dominated Roman Dolidze, landing nine takedowns before submitting him with a rear-naked choke in the fourth round, and he also beat Brendan Allen by unanimous decision earlier in 2025.
Rodrigues enters in much hotter form at 19-6. "Robocop" has won three straight, knocking out Brunno Ferreira in only 1:47 in March after a unanimous decision over Roman Kopylov and another first-round knockout of Jack Hermansson.
