How the $2,000,000 King of the Endzone DraftKings Payout Was Awarded

DraftKings designed the contest around one straightforward, high-stakes metric:

• Longest Touchdown Distance Takes the Pool: The entire $2,000,000 jackpot is split exclusively among users who backed the player responsible for the single longest touchdown (by official yardage) in the CHI vs. SEA game.
• Scorers Only (No Passing TDs): Passing touchdowns do not count for quarterbacks. Payouts are reserved strictly for the player who crossed the goal line or hauled in the catch in the end zone (rushing, receiving, or return).
• Dual Payout on D/ST Returns: If the game's longest score came via a kick return, punt return, fumble return, or pick-six, users who bet on the specific individual player AND users who bet on that team's Defense/Special Teams (D/ST) unit are both treated as winning entries.
• Dead-Heat Ties: In the event two or more players tied for the exact same longest touchdown yardage, all qualifying customers backing any of the tied scorers split the $2,000,000 prize pool equally.
• Automatic 24-Hour Settlement: Winning accounts have their bonus bet shares credited directly to their DraftKings balance within 24 hours of the final whistle.

Important Rules: Passing touchdowns do NOT count—the prize goes strictly to the player who physically advances the ball into the end zone (rushing, receiving, or defensive/special teams return). If the longest TD is scored by a player on defense/special teams, customers who bet on either the individual player or the D/ST unit will both be paid as winners.
