The sportsbooks believe Byron is the favorite to win a third race in a row, but he’s expected to have fierce competition with Kyle Larson.

Byron is given +900 odds or an implied 10% chance to win the Ambetter Health 400 for a second straight year. However, Larson is also given +900 odds to win after back-to-back top-five finishes.
Meanwhile, current cup standings leader Alex Bowman is given +1800 odds or an implied 5.3% chance to win the race. Tyler Reddick has also joined the top 10 after a third-place finish last week as he looks to get his season on track.
William Byron is attempting to win three of the first five races of the season. No driver has accomplished that since Kevin Harvick won three of the first four in 2018.
