Who Will Attend Oscars? - Complete Guest List of 98th Academy Awards

The Oscars will have a stacked crowd, who will officially attend the 98th Academy Awards on Sunday night, March 15th? Peter Alexis breaks down the latest Oscars attendee odds from Kalshi.

Updated 2026 Oscar Best Actor Odds: Michael B. Jordan Surges as Hollywood's Biggest Night Goes Down to the Wire

With the Academy Awards approaching, prediction markets are once again offering odds on one of the night’s most entertaining side stories: which celebrities will actually show up on the red carpet. While many of Hollywood’s biggest names are expected to attend, the speculation around certain stars adds another layer of intrigue to Oscar night.

Some attendees appear almost certain to be there, especially nominees promoting major films. Others remain far less certain due to scheduling conflicts, personal circumstances, or simply the unpredictable nature of Hollywood appearances. Markets currently reflect those varying levels of confidence as fans and traders try to predict who will walk the carpet.

Kylie Jenner: 99% Chance

One of the most watched attendance markets involves Kylie Jenner, who currently sits at 99% odds to attend. Jenner has been frequently seen supporting Timothée Chalamet, who stars in Marty Supreme, and the Oscars would be a natural stage for the couple to appear together during one of the biggest nights of the year.

Given Chalamet’s presence at the ceremony and the continued spotlight on their relationship, it would be surprising if Jenner skipped the event. Markets appear to agree, pricing her attendance as essentially a certainty as the ceremony approaches.

Hailee Steinfeld: 37% Chance

The situation surrounding Hailee Steinfeld is far less clear. Steinfeld is currently priced at 37% odds to attend, largely because of uncertainty surrounding her personal circumstances. The Sinners star is pregnant and recently married Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen, which could make attending the ceremony less likely depending on her travel plans and timing.

If Steinfeld does attend, she would likely do so alongside Allen, which would instantly become one of the most talked-about celebrity appearances of the night. However, the relatively low odds reflect the realistic possibility that she opts to stay home during this stage of her pregnancy.

Sean Penn: 27% Chance

Another interesting attendance market centers on Sean Penn, who currently sits at 27% odds to attend despite being nominated for Best Supporting Actor for his role in One Battle After Another.

Normally, nominees in acting categories are very likely to attend the ceremony, but Penn’s historically unpredictable relationship with awards shows may be influencing the market’s cautious outlook. If he does appear, it would likely be tied directly to the film’s awards push and the possibility of taking home a statue.

Leonardo DiCaprio: 97% Chance

Finally, Leonardo DiCaprio appears to be one of the safest bets of the night. The market currently gives him 97% odds to attend, reflecting both his involvement in One Battle After Another and his status as one of the most recognizable figures in Hollywood.

DiCaprio has consistently supported major films he’s involved in during awards season, and with the movie receiving significant attention this year, it would be shocking if he skipped the ceremony. Barring a last-minute surprise, he appears all but guaranteed to be part of the Oscars crowd.
