Brooks Koepka, the enigma, the only man whose odds to win at Pebble Beach can be 55/1 (+5500) but still have odds of +1400 to win the 2021 US Masters. Anyway, the online sports bettors are trying to capture what could be the last time they get above +2000 on Brooks Koepka winning a PGA Tour event.

Despite Koepka bouncing back to form, the sportsbooks have still made him the 11th favorite in the Workday Championship betting market. FanDuel have the stand-out best odds on Koepka winning the WGC, they currently have him at +2700.

Online bettors haven’t been shy questioning the odds currently on the market, just over 8.4% bets have been placed on Koepka winning the WGC Workday Championship.

Viktor Hovland’s also being fancied for a big pay day this weekend, the Norwegian’s odds are currently set at +2200 with the majority of sportsbooks in the US.

Just over 7.6% of wagers on the Workday have been placed on Viktor Hovland.

The third most wagered in the betting market has been Sungjae Im, the Korean has strangely had a couple of weeks off the PGA Tour. Despite not finishing in the top ten in the previous four weeks he’s account just over 6% of bets.

Who are the WGC Workday Championship Betting Favorites?

There’s no surprise that Dustin Johnson is at the top of the betting market. Despite the world number one having a torrid Sunday at the Genesis Invitational, Johnson has been installed as the +650 betting favorite. Just over 3% of bets have been placed on Dustin Johnson, which makes him the 11th most supported at the Workday.

Jon Rahm’s second in the betting market, and is +1000 with a couple of sportsbooks, despite being popular with the operators he’s accounted for just over 3% of bets.

Tony Finau25/1+25002.9%
Tyrrell Hatton25/1+25003.8%
Brooks Koepka27/1+27008.4%

The fact Tony Finau is +1600 to win the Workday Championship and Brooks Koepka is +2700 makes very little sense. This would make sense if Koepka was still playing pretty ordinay golf, but he’s been trending in the right direction. Therefore it’s no surprise at all that Koepka is the most popular pick in the betting market.

WGC Workday Championship Odds: Which Outsiders Are Standing Out?

Sergio Garcia has been the 6th most wagered player in the WGC Workday Championship betting market despite being a massive +8000. Cameron Smith comes into the competition following a good week in California, and that form nots been ignored in the betting. The Australian’s +5500 with DraftKings, and has accounted for just under 4.8% of bets.
