US Election Odds: Bettors Backing Donald Trump After Hunter Biden's Ukraine Email Leak

Has the Hunter Biden news impacted Joe Biden's chances of election?
After links between Ukraine and Joe Biden's son, Hunter, were revealed, there has been speculation that this will negatively impact Biden's chances of winning November's election.
The emails imply that Joe Biden, then Vice President, met a Ukrainian gas executive, which could act as a smoking gun. Joe Biden has always insisted that he has "never spoken" to Hunter regarding his business dealings, but the emails suggest that may not be the case.
Another email from the Ukranian exec, Vadym Pozharskyi, is worrying for Democrats. Pozhayskyi asks Hunter for "advice on how you could use your influence" on behalf of his company, Burisma.
The files were found on an old and damaged MacBook, which had been put in for repair in Delaware. Also on the laptop were images of Hunter Biden smoking crack and taking part in a lewd sex act.
So far we've not seen odds movement from the bookmakers, which is a positive for Biden's campaign. However, we have seen a significant number of bets being placed on Donald Trump to win the election. Since the news broke we've seen that 74% of all bets have been on Trump. That's a marked increased from what we've seen before, usually around 60% in recent weeks.
This indicates that bettors thing that this could be a big deal. Keep an eye on this market as it could move significantly in the coming days and hours ahead of November's election.
