Donald Trump held a rally in Wildwood, New Jersey, where a reported crowd exceeded 100,000 people.
Among those who joined him in Wildwood was North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum.
Burgum was seen flying with Trump on the private jet, which has led many to believe that Burgum is the top candidate to be the vice president if Trump were to win his campaign later this year.

A lot has changed over the last few months with speculation surrounding who Donald Trump will select as Vice President.
Not too long ago, the odds-on favorite was Vivek Ramaswamy, for example. Kristi Noam and Tim Scott rounded out the top three not too long ago.
But now the speculation has turned to Doug Burgum, the North Dakota Governor.
At the New Jersey rally, Trump praised Burgum, saying, "You won't find anybody better than this gentleman in terms of knowledge of how he made his money in technology."
He also stated that Burgum has been incredible. Meanwhile, Burgum is getting used to the bright lights and media. Now that he's comfortable, it'll be easier to pursue the VP position.
If nothing else, Burgum is positioned well to become the next vice president. He's exactly what Trump is looking for in terms of being a businessman. Trump also presumably picks vice presidents who aren't concerned about an electoral vote. Ultimately, he wants to look for candidates a little under the radar.
That said, Burgum is the odds-on favorite to become the next VP. But as we've seen, a lot can change over the next few months.
