Well, today wraps up a lot of the three-game series that started on Monday across the league, and we have some early action today I want to dive into and try to make some lunch money on. Cleveland is in San Francisco for a clash with the Giants today, and I am fading the road team here in this one.

San Francisco Giants vs. Cleveland Guardians Prediction
Cleveland is the second worst team in all of Major League Baseball against left-handed pitching, and today they face the Giants' No. 1 prospect, Kyle Harrison. Normally, I would be a bit more weary about backing a young rookie here, but he has a few starts under his belt now and has the ball at home today, so I am not too worried about jitters or anything like that.
Harrison's ERA is a little high right now at 4.87 on the season, but the rest of his numbers are excellent. Sporting a 1.28 WHIP as a rookie is fine, and the most impressive stats would be his strikeout rate and whiff rate, both north of 30%.
Logan Allen is also a young arm in the Cleveland organization, and while he has a lot of experience on Harrison here, having been throwing in the bigs all season now, I am willing to fade him here. Cleveland has no shot at the American League Wild Card race, with a plethora of juggernauts already duking it out near the top of the table.
While San Francisco does not have phenomenal chances by any means, they are at least still in contention for it on their side of the table. They have won four of their last five games and are pushing, and I like them to take the rubber match in this series.
