We hit on two plus-money bets and finished the night 2-1 with our strikeout props last night.
After a 3-0 day the previous night, I'm ready to finish the regular season strong with three more strikeout props tonight.
September 29 Best MLB Strikeout Props
Yusei Kikuchi Over 5.5 Ks (+108) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick
Yusei Kikuchi will take the mound for the Blue Jays tonight. Toronto is still trying to earn a Wild Card spot in the American League.
Therefore, this game is critical. Kikuchi could be on a short leash. But I think he'll pitch well enough that we don't have to worry about that.
Kikuchi has struck out nearly 30% of batters over the last month. He's also held teams to a .126 ISO while earning 48.4% of ground balls in that time.
He'll take on a Rays lineup that has struck out 26.3% of the time in the last 30 days against lefties. That projected lineup has also hit a .146 ISO against lefties. If Kikuchi limits power and earns strikeouts against the four batters who have struck out at least 33.3% of the time against lefties in the last month, he'll get six strikeouts tonight.
Trevor Williams Under 2.5 Ks (+120) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick
Trevor Williams will get the start for the Nationals tonight. He's struck out just 13.3% of batters over the last month and allowed a .321 ISO and wOBA of .554 to his previous 60 batters.
The Braves insisted they won't take any days off, mainly because last year's playoff run was ended due to lack of repetition while they waited for other teams to play out the Wild Card series.
Atlanta has only struck out 17.1% of the time against righties in the last month as a projected lineup. Only one batter has struck out more than 22.2% of the time. That's Austin Riley, who has still hit a .250 ISO and wOBA of .392.
Williams won't last long. Take his Under.
Joe Ryan Over 5.5 Ks (-115) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds for this pick
Joe Ryan would love to get into form before the postseason.
Ryan has struck out 30.2% of batters over the last month, but he's also allowed a .184 ISO and wOBA of .314 to his previous 106 batters.
Don't expect Ryan to go super deep in this game. They'll need him in the postseason. But he's still facing a Rockies lineup that has struck out 27.4% of batters in the last month. Colorado's lineup has six targets, with five of them striking out at least 28% of the time.
Even if Ryan faces Colorado's lineup twice and calls it a day, there are still enough targets for Ryan to reach six strikeouts.
Take his Over.
