5 minBest MLB Home Run Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Thursday's NLDS Game
We've got one game on the MLB slate tonight.
It's the NLDS Game 4 between the Phillies and Braves.
The Phillies can earn an NLCS date with the Diamondbacks, or the Braves can force a Game 5 and head back home to Atlanta for the win-or-go-home matchup.
After the Phillies added six home runs yesterday, we hope there will be more to go around in Game 4.
Here are a few players you should consider selecting for your home run props in Game 4 of the NLDS.
October 12 Best MLB Home Run Props
Bryce Harper to Hit a Home Run (+500) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Spencer Strider is a terrific pitcher. However, he's struggled against lefties over the last month.
Strider has allowed a .226 ISO and wOBA of .382 to his last 69 lefties. He's also given up 27.3% of fly balls and 29.5% of line drives to lefties over the previous month.
Meanwhile, Bryce Harper just knocked two home runs yesterday. He's also hit an ISO of .450 and wOBA of .517 over the last 30 against righties.
The Braves mocked Harper after Game 2. Now he's awake and taking his anger out on the ball. Grab Harper to go deep at +500 odds.
Ronald Acuna Jr. to Hit a Home Run (+390) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Ronald Acuna Jr. has had the most success against lefties over the last month for the Braves.
He's hit a .368 ISO and wOBA of .382 against his last 19 lefties. Acuna Jr. has also struck out only 15.8% of the time, hitting 50% hard contact and an 18.8% barrel percentage.
Acuna Jr. hasn't had much luck recently, but that could change against Suarez. After all, Acuna Jr. will win the NL MVP for a reason. He put up ridiculous numbers all year and has an edge against Suarez.
Suarez has allowed a .337 wOBA to righties while only earning 22.5% of strikeouts this season. He's also given up 27.5% of line drives.
The Phillies will also throw many relief pitchers in this game that would be right-handed against Acuna. As the lead-off hitter, he'll have plenty of opportunity. Take a chance on Acuna.
Kyle Schwarber to Hit a Home Run (+360) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds
Kyle Schwarber didn't join the home run parade yesterday. But he's still hit a .240 ISO and wOBA of .350 agaisnt his last 56 righties.
Schwarber was boom-or-bust this season. He either hit a home run or struck out.
His box score could have three strikeouts against Strider. But that fourth at-bat could be a home run.
Strider struggled against lefties to end the year, allowing 47.7% of hard contact with nearly 30% of line drives.
It'd be nice to see Schwarber join the home run parade in Philadelphia.
