WEDNESDAY'S HIT PARLAY
LEG 1: COREY SEAGER (TEX) TO RECORD A HIT
Our 1st Leg of this Hit Parlay: Corey Seager. Corey Seager faces Aaron Civale and the Rays in an early start at 1:10PM ET.
Yesterday, Seager went 0-4 with a rare hitless game. On the season, he is hitting .353, which means he’s prime for a bounce-back performance with a hit for us today. Today, Corey Seager faces Aaron Civale. Corey Seager is batting a ridiculous .462 vs. Right-Handed Pitchers this year.
Last season, Civale allowed a .234 batting average to lefties. Seager gets the lefty/righty matchup, and he should be able to get some pitches to hit. As the 2-spot in this lineup, Seager will get a lot of plate appearances. Even in the late game, he should see plenty of chances for a hit against an inconsistent Rays bullpen.
LEG 2: KYLE TUCKER (HOU) TO RECORD A HIT
Our 2nd Leg of this Hit Parlay: Kyle Tucker. Tucker and the Astros face Chris Bassitt and the Blue Jays today.
Yesterday, Tucker went 0-2 with a walk and hit by pitch. It was tough luck for anyone who backed Tucker to get a hit yesterday. With a .318 batting average on the season, Tucker will bounce back today with a hit. Today, Tucker gets to face Chris Bassitt. Even though it is a one game sample size, he was touched up by lefties in his first start. Lefties went 3-6 (.500) against Bassitt in his first start.
As the 3rd batter in this lineup, Tucker will have the opportunity to get pitches to hit behind Yordan and Altuve. King Tuck will deliver a hit for us today, and get us a hit parlay cash.
