Cleveland Guardians vs. Minnesota Twins Prediction
Pablo Lopez is on the bump for Minnesota and he struggles with these Cleveland bats. He particularly struggles with this top of the lineup. Against Lopez the top four bats all tee off against him. Steven Kwan is 5-11, Andres Gimenez is 5-11, Jose Ramirez is 4-13, and Josh Naylor is 2-3. I like the odds for one of them to improve their already great stats against him.
Last year Lopez allowed a first inning in the last two meetings against Cleveland. In his first start this year he pitched a gem but did allow a first inning home run. Cleveland has a first inning hit in their last two games as well, everything is adding up.
