Best MLB Strikeout Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Tuesday

Last night was another profitable night with our strikeout props! We went 2-1, which included a +128 play that cashed.

Let's roll that momentum into tonight's massive slate. Here are three strikeout props I'm eying!

April 9 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Michael Soroka Under 2.5 Ks (+124) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

Yesterday, we hit Kyle Freeland's Under 2.5 Ks at +128. Now, we'll try the same type of bet with Michael Soroka.

Soroka is a starter for the Chicago White Sox, who has struck out just 4.3% of his first 46 batters this season.

In addition, he's also allowed a .256 ISO and wOBA of .390 with 6.5% of walks. The walks aren't bad, but I added that in to show that Soroka still has more walks than strikeouts through two games this season.

Even last year, Soroka added just 20% of strikeouts against 145 batters.

He'll go up against a Guardians lineup that only has three targets for strikeouts against righties. That's Ramon Laureano, Bo Naylor, and Brayan Rocchio. But Naylor has destroyed righties since he's been in the league, and Rocchio also has a .322 wOBA against righties. Take Soroka's Under.

Christian Javier Over 4.5 Ks (-148) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

Christian Javier struck out 23.2% of batters last season. However, he was much better against righties, earning 28.1% of strikeouts last year.

He'll face a Royals projected lineup that has struck out 20.8% of the time since last year. However, this lineup should have more righties than lefties. Those righties have struck out 23.4% of the time since last year. Therefore, Javier has an edge as a right-handed pitcher against this Royals lineup.

He's already excelled against righties to begin the year too.

Nathan Eovaldi Over 6.5 Ks (-150) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

Nathan Eovaldi struck out 23.7% of batters last season. He also held opponents to a .146 ISO and wOBA of .293 with 51.4% of ground balls and 20.9% of fly balls.

Not only did Eovaldi add strikeouts, but he limited damage, allowing him to stay on the mound longer.

Tonight, he will face the Oakland Athletics. The Athletics' projected lineup has struck out more than 26% of the time against righties since last year. Only Nick Allen has struck out fewer than 21% of the time against righties.

That gives Eovaldi 7 or 8 targets in the Oakland lineup. If he faces the lineup at least twice through, that's ultimately plenty of targets for Eovaldi to get to seven strikeouts. I'll pay the -150 juice and take Eovaldi here.
