The second game we are going to dive into today takes us to Atlanta, Georgia, for a heavyweight battle. The defending World Series Champion Texas Rangers (11-9) are heading to Truist Park for a clash with the Atlanta Braves (12-5) and I expect these offenses to swing the sticks.

Texas Rangers vs. Atlanta Braves Prediction
I personally stayed away from the Houston/Atlanta series totals earlier in the week and I am glad I did because that series saw some scoring struggles but I will trust the bats here in this one. Both lineups are loaded with talent top to bottom and have been producing well - Atlanta currently ranks third in run differential and Texas is ranked seventh. Atlanta just swept the Houston Astros in enemy territory and won four straight to close out the road trip scoring 26 runs in the process.
On the flip side, Texas just took three of four from Detroit with 14 runs scored in their last two games. They crushed left handed pitching last year but have not been among league leaders thus far on the season. I expect positive regression to come from this team and while Chris Sale is a strong arm, this is a good spot for Texas to swing away. Sale threw a lot of pitches last week and might not go deep into this one.
Andrew Heaney has the ball for Texas and he has really struggled at 0-2 with a 6.75 ERA. A hot Braves team is the last thing he needs right now, give me runs.
