We're back with another week of strikeout props.
With a full 15-game slate, here are my favorite strikeout props for today's MLB slate.
May 5 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Griffin Canning's strikeout numbers have significantly dropped this season. Last year, the right-hander struck out 26% of batters.
However, this season, he's added only 15.8% of strikeouts while allowing a .204 ISO and wOBA of .370 to 133 batters.
Meanwhile, he'll take on a Guardians lineup that has only struck out 20.7% of the time against righties since last season. There are realistically just three targets for Canning in the Cleveland lineup, including Estevan Florial. Ramon Laureano and Bo Naylor.
Naylor is the best power slugger against righties in the Cleveland lineup, and Florial, Laureano, and Bo Naylor have all walked at least 9.5% of the time against righties since last year.
Let's take Canning to go Under.

Joe Ryan should have a massive day on the mound tonight.
Ryan has struck out 29.5% of batters, including 32.8% of righties and 26.4% of lefties. He's also limited walks to 3.6% and has held batters to a .288 wOBA to begin the year.
Ryan will take on a Red Sox lineup that has struck out 24.9% of the time against righties since last season. In the lineup, seven targets have struck out at least 23.8% of the time. Only Rafael Devers and Dom Smith have struck out under 23.8% of the time against righties since last year.
With seven legitimate targets, Ryan Over 7.5 Ks at +114 is worth the gamble.

Although Bryce Miller has struck out 29.1% of batters this season, he's facing an Astros lineup that has only struck out 20.1% of the time against righties.
That percentage is only high due to Joey Loperfido's 45.5% strikeout rate. However, the rest of the team has struck out no more than 22.5% of the time against righties since last season.
Instead, the Astros have six batters who have struck out 16.5% or lower against righties.
Ultimately, Miller only struck out 22.1% of batters last season. So there's a good chance his strikeout numbers will regress a bit.
