We've got a full slate of games in the MLB tonight. Therefore, we've got 30 different strikeout props to consider on tonight's slate.
I've looked through all of them and decided on my favorite three below.
May 7 Best MLB Strikeout Props

The Tigers will throw Kenta Maeda tonight. He's a righty who has struck out only 18.3% of batters this season. In addition, Maeda has allowed a .270 ISO and a wOBA of .356 to his first 120 batters this season.
He's in line to face a projected Guardians lineup that has only struck out 19.4% of the time against righties since last year. In the lineup, only Estevan Florial and Bo Naylor have high strikeout numbers against righties. However, Bo Naylor has the most consistent power numbers against righties since last year in the lineup.
With a limited number of targets and a low strikeout rate overall, I'll take the under 3.5 Ks at +130 odds.

Frankie Montas has struck out only 16.7% of batters. However, he's also walked 11.9% and given up a .162 ISO and wOBA of .330 to 84 batters faced this season.
He'll face a Diamondbacks lineup that should have the majority of the batters batting left-handed. Montas has only struck out 15.7% of lefties and has allowed a much higher ISO and wOBA to lefties this season.
Meanwhile, the Diamondbacks' projected lineup has also struck out just 21.3% of the time. Ultimately, just Eugenio Suarez and Blaze Alexander have struck out more than 22.5% of the time against righties. Montas only has two major targets in this Arizona lineup.
Therefore, I'll take the Under for Montas tonight.

We've got one more under for tonight.
The Blue Jays haven't had much success against lefties this season. However, dating back to last season, Toronto has only struck out 17.1% of the time against lefties using the projected lineup.
They'll more than likely have at least eight righties in the lineup.
That said, they will face Cristopher Sanchez of the Phillies, who has earned just 21.4% of strikeouts against righties this season. Sanchez has done a lot of great things for the Phillies despite his 1-3 record. But adding strikeouts against righties isn't one of them.
In the Toronto lineup, only Davis Schneider is a real target for strikeouts against lefties. The rest of the lineup has struck out no more than 19% of the time against lefties since last year.
