While it's a juiced line, there's still plenty of value here. Kenta Maeda has only struck out 17.1% of batters this season for the Tigers.
Meanwhile, he'll face a Texas Rangers lineup that has only struck out 18.5% of the time against righties over the last 30 days. The Rangers only have two strikeout targets against righties, including Adolis Garcia and Nathaniel Lowe.
However, the rest of the lineup has struck out no more than 19% of the time against righties.
Additionally, Maeda has only thrown about 77 pitches per outing and has allowed a .267 ISO and wOBA of .380 to his first 175 batters faced. It's likely he doesn't last even five innings tonight. Let's back his Under.
