5 minMLB Prop Picks Parlay: Can Jose Ramirez, Anthony Volpe Deliver on Wednesday Night?
We have a loaded MLB slate today, and I have a two-leg hit parlay from FanDuel that I really like. It consists of two hitters, Jose Ramirez and Anthony Volpe. Both hitters have been hitting well as of late and I expect that to continue today.
June 5th MLB Prop Picks
Starting with Jose Ramirez to record a hit, he has been extremely reliable at the plate lately. He has a hit in 16 of the last 19 games, and has some great history vs. the pitcher he will see today. Brady Singer takes the mound for the Kansas City Royals, and Jose has had his number. He has recorded a hit in 10 of the 11 matchups against him, and owns a .435 batting average. Singer has struggled on the road this season, especially against left-handed hitters. He has allowed them to have a .341 road batting average which is crazy high. Ramirez has played great vs. the Royals at home with a hit in 12 of the last 13 games. I think it is a great spot for Jose Ramirez and Guardians hitters, so I expect him to stay hot and get us a base hit.
To round out the parlay, I will be taking New York Yankees' shortstop, Anthony Volpe, to record a hit. Volpe is arguably one of the hottest hitters in baseball over the last few weeks, as he has now recorded a hit in 25 of the last 26 games played. He is greatly benefiting from hitting ahead of Juan Soto and Aaron Judge as most hitters do not want to walk him with such great hitters behind him, so he is getting a lot of pitches to hit. Chris Paddack will take the mound for the Twins, and he has struggled on the road this season, allowing a .312 batting average which is way below league average. Earlier this season, Volpe saw Chris Paddack in Minnesota and went 2-for-4 with a double. He has recorded a hit in 11 of 11 games vs. the Twins throughout his career. Volpe also hits better off of right-handed pitching this season with a .292 batting average. I expect him to extend his 11-game hit streak vs the Twins to 12 here today.
