Best MLB Strikeout Bets: Lock In This Expert's Best MLB Player Prop Bets for Thursday

Although there are only 10 games on the MLB slate, I'm still eying three strikeout props!

There are three games in the afternoon but most of the slate is at night. Therefore, I've added three strikeout props for tonight's slate below.

Now, everyone reading can get in on the action after yesterday's profitable day.

June 6 Best MLB Strikeout Props

Reynaldo Lopez Over 5.5 Ks (+116) Click here to see which sportsbook has the best odds

Reynaldo Lopez has struck out 24.3% of batters this season. While it doesn't seem like a very high number, Lopez has still struck out an above-average amount of batters this season.

In addition, he's been able to add strikeouts consistently against both sides of the plate. That'll help him in tonight's showdown against the Washington Nationals.

The Nationals' projected lineup has struck out 24.4% of the time against righties in the last 30 days. The lineup has also hit just a .136 ISO and wOBA of .292. Lopez has a really good matchup and will face five batters who have struck out at least 25% of the time against righties over the last 30 days.

With Lopez's potential of pitching a quality start, I'll grab the Over.

Sonny Gray Over 6.5 Ks (-136) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

The Colorado Rockies have struck out 22.5% of the time against righties in the last 30 days. Ultimately, Charlie Blackmon has helped keep that percentage low with only 11% of strikeouts.

However, six of the nine batters in the projected lineup for the Rockies have struck out at least 24.4% of the time against righties.

They'll face Sonny Gray of the Cardinals, who has struck out 33.5% of batters this season. Gray has also limited teams to a .133 ISO and wOBA of .271 and has walked only 6.5% of batters.

Gray isn't just in line for a high amount of strikeouts. But he should go very deep in tonight's game without many issues. After all, the Rockies have hit a .139 ISO and wOBA of .307 with 5.9% of walks against righties in the last month. Take Gray's Over.

Jake Woodford Under 3.5 Ks (-124) CLICK HERE TO SEE WHICH SPORTSBOOK HAS THE BEST ODDS

The White Sox will roll with Jake Woodford tonight. He's a righty who has struck out only 20% of his first 20 batters this season. Yet, he only struck out 13.1% of batters last season after facing 222 batters.

His rate this season will probably drop once we get a bigger sample size.

That said, he'll take on a Red Sox projected lineup that has only three batters with strikeout rates higher than 21.6% against righties. Additionally, Woodford allowed a .258 ISO and wOBA of .411 last season and has already given up a .167 ISO and wOBA of .349 this season.

Woodford might not even get through five innings. I'm on his Under.
