Jarren Duran has preformed well against right-handed pitchers this season and comes into this game with a .280 batting average. As the leadoff hitter on the visiting team, there is a chance for five at bats which would give him an additional opportunity to come through with a hit. He has a plus matchup against Jake Woodford who struggled in the minors and is making just his second major league start this year. The Red Sox have the highest implied team total on the slate, there is strong wind blowing out of Chicago tonight, and warmer temperatures which projects well for Duran.
