Over the last month, Gunnar Henderson has hit a .364 ISO and wOBA of .419 with only 18% of strikeouts against righties. He's also hit over 26% of fly balls with a 72.1% hard contact rate in addition to his 14.8% barrel percentage.
He'll be in line to face Aaron Civale of the Rays. The Rays righty has allowed a .194 ISO and wOBA of .360 to his first 113 lefties this season. He's also given up a 31.5% line drive rate and has induced just 30.1% of grounders against lefties this season.
Henderson will have plenty of opportunities, especially batting lead-off. Let's take our chances.
